Regarding 
dividend cut; I think if next quarter shows 
substantial 
decrease in 
EBITDA
,
then
most likely 
management will start entertaining seriously dividend cut. IMO dividends will be cut unless the US acquisitions are very accretive to the bottom line which becomes apparent in about three months. Until then everything is speculation.
