RE:Received my Proxy documents

RE:Received my Proxy documents
PointNorth is not going to do it any differently, it would be nice to see some changes on the board, but not to give PointNorth control. I do not believe they will be able to do any better then the overpaid group we have. Comparing Alberta Inventory turns to Goverment run Monopolies makes no sense. They need at least 2 seperate brands as far as I can see, and why would I want to pay to change a bunch of signs in alaska from Brown Jug to Liquor depot. Wine and Beyond (totally different store then Liquor Depot) competes directly with Costco and Superstore but offers service and an incredible selection. Liquor Depot stores have been being renovated at a resonable rate and offer better service then their competitors. They are the first and best in the Alberta market offering delivery and online ordering.  All of PointNorth complaints other then over spending and some h/o consolidations are BS, and show how inexperienced they are in the Alberta Market. PointNorth needs to be kept to 2 board members, one of them replacing Jim Dining ($150,000 a year for what?). They need to get their spending undercontrol (H/o costs are way to high). I'm in Alberta and Have used all of these services and shopped the competition. The seven point plan is working and even PointNorth knows this. PointNorth will just cost us more money doing the same thing. Any other activist investers out there that know what they are doing? Or maybe Stephen Bebis can learn some financial controls(how about relocating to Alberta) and save us some $$. Either way, I will be at the meeting and hope that this is an eyeopener for management as I will be voting for the same board again.
