Will the shorts get squeezed?
We're brushing against the three-month high point, around that psychological barrier of 11.50. Above average volume too, although it's a drop in the bucket compared to the volume needed to cover the large outstanding number of short shares out there. How much longer are the shorts able and willing to hold out, all the while shelling out the monthly dividend, before they buy back to settle their positions? gll

The recently posted numbers showed more than 1.2 million shares short (July 31). Still a lot of buying needs to be done for those accounts to get reconciled. Is it getting tight in there yet? gll
