I have a feeling that these cheap financings are contributory positions before the event is announced. My hope is that there will be a project spin out to one of the waiting juniors managed by Loncor..

Nozz  I am not sure what you mean by a contributory position before the event.  In actual fact the financing from  take over perspective is negative given a financing often occurs as a component of a take over offer.  That said, I hope you are right.
