So exactly why doers a junior like Lakeshore need a VP of exploration? I mean they are not exactly in the same class as INCO, Noranda, Falconbridge where a position like that may actually be required, Likely management realized that and decided that position is not really required. Any junior I have been around had the geologist doing the drilling and calculating on the property in charge of exploration. As my ole Gran Pappy use to say if you try to sh*t above your a** guess what you get all over yourself??
