Toll Milling..

Toll Milling..
In the latest news release by Hochschild dated August 19, 2010 you will note that they mention Toll Milling.

Lake Shore will build up a stockpile as they await the expansion of the Bell Creek Mill to 2,000 Tonnes per day.  This is telling me that Mine Production will begin to gear up and available feed will increase significantly.

Market pressures will determine whether they Toll Mill or not and this might lead to a substantial stockpile being built up.  I prefer they wait for two main reasons...Toll Milling will increase their total cost per ounces and eat into their profit margin...and...I believe the price of gold will continue its upward climb and they can benefit from stock piling by taking advantage of higher gold prices when they are prepared to take on the additional feed in 2011.

It is all good!
