Bought Deal...

Bought Deal...
This is a bought deal and falls under different restrictions and guidelines.

It is a done deal and must be held for a period of four months.

They will not solicit buyers at this time due to the bought deal arrangements.

The buyers really believe in the story and are taking advantage of this opportunity that they have worked out with the Lake Shore Team.  They will work together to exploit the true value of this play.

Hochschild had the opportunity to participate in this deal but decided not to, it is posted on their website.  As for the decided not to, if they did not play ball, Lake Shore would of taken a different course of action.

I believe this latest move is a most reassuring event for all shareholders.  Hochschild, in the end is also protecting their interests and realize they must buy time to prove this baby up!
