Shareholders

Shareholders

Everybody is in a panic and the sky is falling!!! People have become so impatient and paranoid in the age of day trading and algorythmic investment excecution.

WHOA NELLY!!!!  Have some brandy boys and girls, and calm down!!!

Developing a large gold resource from scratch is no easy feat. Manufacturing and resource based stock have ALWAYS had a long long run up for the share price to reflect actual value.

Shareholders are usually the last to see the wealth. Creditors and company officers have always been in front of us. LONG before the age of computers.

We have a known resource. We have a mill. We have the finacial participation of both Franco Nevada and Sprott. That alone should placate you.

We will not see a significant increase in s/p UNTIL production picks up, AND continues to deliver for 2 - 4 quarters mid (2013 onwards).

We could be taken over and sold out cheap (1.50).

We could also drill into a major new resource and get valued at $10/share or better.

Investments carry risk. Resource companies take a LONG time to get paying $$$$. But when they do it is sweet sweet sweet.

If you're a day trading neurotic baby, go play in someone else's sandbox. This company is a long investment.

Use due diligence. Don't risk the family home. Play safe.

IMHO

Jon
