how funny it is , I just listened to there Scotia conference yesterday to see if any of our joint venture was going to be mentioned , they just talked about the bad year they had and the stepping back to get things done right, that is why they missed there forecast and was going to miss it in 2013 also,but 2014 would be back on track.Therefore stock dropped from $5.00 to$3.50 and then here comes the big fish gobbling it up for a steal.Alomos has just met forcast and produced 200,000 onces for 2012 and have 125,000,000 shares for a $16.00 value.That is sad if get taken out a such a low price.I hope shareholders vote NO!.
