RE:Sedar Filing today

RE:Sedar Filing today
It would be interesting to know VEAC's position prior to being pegged as an insider. Reporting takes place within  days of breaking 10% ownership so during that  period.  .43% past the reporting position is a fairly large amount of LSG shares, in a short amount of time. At least we now know where all the volume was coming from recently. An offer? Maybe but a very interesting move on the part of VEAC's...maybe they just like LSG's position of being a low cost producer. We will find out very soon their intentions. The rules do change once they become an insider though. Any offer from them and LSG must have an independent valuation. Although I have seen an American company make this kind of mistake before prior to an aborted hostile offer. In the US you can accumulate and then make a hostile offer. Under OSC rules it's a little different.
