Main reason why he is leaving...He has shown a great leadership at Lake Shore and with his 25 years in the business he must aimed at being at the top of another Company.He must have been offered a lot of propositions that Lake Shore can't offer!!!He is a little younger than Tony who is not going to leave his job for the success he has had at Lake Shore. Too bad, but he was a really good VP operation but that's not the end of the Lake Shore success story.
