Flow through shares

Was anyone able to obtain details on the $5MM of flow through shares that were issued beyond the info in the PR?  I have checked SEDAR and no documents have been filed as of today - is there not a requirement to file documents to public domain or is there a time window for the SEDAR filing?

Also, are there any restrictions on what type of entity can purchase the flow through shares?  Can it be a company or an individual?
