RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Holding up...

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Holding up...Lets do some math .... Lake Shore Gold has 422,523,224 outstanding shares in it's float. For you to suggest a take over bid on LSG @ $1.50 that would mean that another bigger company ( Barrick, Gold Corp, St. Andrews ) would have to pay out $633,784,836.00. To express that number verbally and rounded up that would be approx. Six Hundred and thirty four Million Dollars. LSG is producing approx. 180 thousand ounces @ $1,200.00 an ounce minus $862.00 AISC. That would mean that @ $1.50 a share as a take over target some one would have to be willing to put up 634 million dollars for a mine that produces at this point approx. 60 million dollars a year. ( THATS NOT GOING TO HAPPEN ) What scares me is if LSG would happen to fall to the 50 cent level at that point you just might see some one come in and try to take us over. I myself do not want to see LSG taken over ..... there is much more profit / potential to the upside if we stand alone. This is simply my opinion. Thanx for listening.....Mark
