In addition, seasonally this is gold's weakest time of year. It starts to head higher by late summer as a number of religious festivals around the world start to kick off and increase physical demand. Yes, it did drop today due to the strong employment numbers but that is a lagging indicator of the economy. The macro economic indicators have started to roll over so I expect the Fed will only do a quarter point increase this fall simply to save face and that would be it for the year. When the market realizes this, gold should start to accelerate to the upside. I hope to resume a full position in LSG later this summer as the fundamentals just keep improving. Greg
