What's the deal?

What's the deal?If we are in such a good position why have we been losing ground on Share Price. One would think if pending good news is coming that there would be more interest and demand on this stock. I am just not clear on the price action going on right now. We moved up to 1.38 and held but have been steadily dropping since. Can anyone care to take a stab at this one?
