RE:RE:RE:RE:As always...one advantage of making the knowledge public would be to bump up price which could result in bump up of offer price.  this would help all current holders of the stock but may not be to your individual advantage (sitting in weeds buying on dips would likely be your best bet unless you have max'ed out on the amount you intend on purchasing - same as a pump i guess).  if it turns out to be factual then kudos to you - you may have helped push up buyout offer.   have a nice weekend!
