This is a croc of sheit all the way around. Secret negotiations, then saying nothing material on Friday,then the icing on the cake a sub-par value for the company BEFORE drill results which would increase reserves. I hate those bloody percentage type with no cash buyouts because they are open ended and can fluculuate from day to day. Where is the 1.71 value right as we speak?? I hope this doesn't get the 2/3 needed as this company is worth over 2 bucks now,leave alone in 2-3 years.
