interesting thought
The placement that has occurred with regards to being a tax right off for the fortunate people that get in on it and for the company being able to right it off on ( money raised for exploration ) is going to become extremely popular, in fact so popular with the entire investment community and I am talking North American wide that you will see this more and more with all companies, in fact it will become a euphoria as it will be an avenue for special friends to get in on very minimal risk verses tax right off and reward. Know dought it will be a way of stimulating the markets with investment money coming in to the markets. Will dilute the stock in this case minimally but I can guarantee, this way is going to get extremely popular. Can't complain about the % increase in the stock today, the price of a new Chevy truck today, see if we can put another Chevy in the garage tomorrow. People really have to understand, that we can't control the stock price but we are definitely firing on all cylinders just with what we have going right now. Sure hope you know what you are talking about ,in the GOLD SECTOR .FROM A TAX PROPESTIVE IT is a old tax gift. You do the exploration and get the write off but you have so much "write off" it has no value for you ----so you sell it to some one else ,who can use it . I think that is how it works ,was popular in the late 80"s.
