LONDON, Sept. 12 (Xinhua) -- British Chancellor of the Exchequer George Osborne announced Friday that the British government intend to issue a Renminbi denominated bond and to use the proceeds to finance the government's reserves of foreign currency.

"I can now announce that the UK government intend to be the first national government outside of China to issue a bond in China's currency. We issued bonds in U.S. dollar before, now we will be issuing a bond in RMB," said Osborne in the press release of the Sixth China-UK Economic and Financial Dialogue (EFD).

That is a major news.. you know.. I dont' know if muppets and sheeple understand it, but this is major .  I wonder,...  is this why U.K  is about to loose Oil fields in Scotland?  A punishment for this?

Isn't losing oil fields in Scotland simply a consequence of their possible seccesion from the UK ? Aren't the Scots wise to the central bank schemes and are trying to establish their own monetary system? Punishment by who? This seems to me to be a postitive develpment that will quicken the Petro-dollar stranglehold on the world.

yes, but think about this. Do you think 4 million Scots realy have that much power to schedule, organize, and perform this vote and and at  the end, declare independance from one of the biggest powers in the world, UK?  No way. They whoud have been crushed before even thinking about any referendum I think there is very big power behind all of this and this  is all about Oil and ...more
