LAKE SHORE GOLD CORP 6.25 PCT DEBS > Lake shore Gold Corp should really think about a merger

Lake shore Gold Corp should really think about a merger

IMHO
Lake Shore Gold  should consider  merging  with  Rubicon Minerals ( RMX )
two  historic Gold camps together in one  company  like  Goldcorp.

RMX  when  start up completed ,  similar   HG  mine  ,   OZ"S  production etc,
huge land  Mass in  red lake.
500 million tax credit ,

together   New co ,would be  a strong midcap  producer,in  safe mining  jurisdiction
both with  solid growth potential and huge blue sky exploration

Lakeshore can be  proud of  the last  four quarters  and  the pay down of debt.
Now aggressive   exploration   2015,  a very strong  positive.

But Lakeshore should take the intuitive and    open  discussion with  RMX
for a  really positive  growth  model of two juniors into  one great mid cap  in 2015/16

before some other  company takes   LSG or RMX

j  my wish  list  for 2015

well done management  on 2014. great   karma  for  2015

thank you GDXJ for  dumping    LSG And RMX

allowing  me and many others  to  accumulate a  sizable  position  in  both  superb  companies
1 + 1  + 3   here

I give it 60 days.  With the recent acquisition of 6% of the company by an "unknown" buyer and several majors now actively looking at their data room, the only thing standing in the way is an acquiror's reasonable confirmation that they can significantly extend mine life.  Seasoned mining geologists familiar with the mining camp have already made this determination based ...more

I agree completely. Based on current operations there is virtually no downside. All we have to do now is wait for the upside.

i'm wrong lol even less as I went omn memory.Here. Consideration for the transaction totals $20 million, including $15 million of cash and 1,596,023 Lake Shore Gold common shares. The PJV has obtained a 2% net smelter royalty relating to any future production from the acquired properties. In addition to the 1,596,023 shares of the Company received by Goldcorp through the Bell Creek West ...more

Certainly not enough to stop another company from acquiring LSG.
Comment by idlefreebird on Dec 26, 2014 1:25pm
They don't even got 10,000,000 and no that's no much as you need 43,500.000 to own a 10% holding. They are way off the mark as being a huge shareholder. This doesn't mean that they can't buy us out though. GLTAL

8gramsplus , they not need to add these types of aquisitions as the Fenn Gibb in itself hold what Probe has and it is low cost open pit .Lakeshore would be just diluting us more. There problem isn't gold as they have more then enough , they need cash to get the systems in order.Lakeshore needs  $ 130,000,000.00 for shaft extension to depth at Bell Creek for a top up of mill to 6,000 tpd ...more

wow  , extreme numbers you use Im not writing about Probe  low grade, but  the potentail their new discovery  and new land mass FENN Gibb and PRB   both low grades will never see development in   -1200  gold an probe was example "B" RMX is  Number 1 in MHO you suggest  LSG needs 130 million ?  for shaft extension an top up mill to ...more

I hear ya for there high grade but it is under 2 million onces with more potential i agree, but you still need a mill for that resource as it is 2 hours away from Timmins not feasible to truck here.Lakeshore can spen there money on drilling 144 3 klm trend and willcome up with same or more onces.Let's see what gap zone brings and then we can go from there lol.Golden River is another resource ...more

Comment by Timminsgold on Dec 26, 2014 2:03pm
"wack of shares" this is a large wack of shares in a take-over quest. If someone is warehousing shares for an acquirer, they will no doubt have an agreement with G.C. if an offer is to take place. LSG has signed a # on N.D.A. and they know who may sizing up the company!
