goldhappy, so you think they should never sell? To "support the company" they should never exercise their options? Why not also cash in only half of the salaries to "support the company"? And the heck with the bonuses, they should refuse them to "support the company". It's all part their compensation packages, do you forfeit part of your salary or pension to " ...more

Your points are all well taken Mary. LSG has a stock price that struggles for what ever reason. We finally get a small run and some of the officers of LSG bail at nearly all the same time frame. Do they know something that we don't. Is this the end of information for the summer?? Are they all broke at the same time?? Do they have to sell for tax reasons? Just looking for why all at the same ...more

I got a lot of skin in the game. I was always to pay attention to what the board is doing. I think jimmylegs set me straight with his blog and I can feel you beating on me so end of scenarios.

I did a little more homework and have seen where the board and management have significantl improved their holdings. As a big ball park they have double their reported holdings in many cases.This has been going on for the last couple years.

I thought we went thru this previously. All these people exercised all those share options between $0.41 and $0.87 , and then sold them at $1.31. Rather prudent on their part , and any of us would have done the same thing, They all still own hundreds of thousands of option by the way.
