Offer is too low

Being a canadian producer and selling its gold above $1600 C. and with an AISC under $950 (cash cost in the low $500) and with reserves much higher than publised numbers, this offer seems very low and shareholders should refuse the offer.
I think anything under $2.50 should be refused.

the offer is fair ...  the P/E ratio of LSG is >30 ... i think 900 million$ is a good number  ... Tahoe is net cheap too ...   i will sell all my shares now and will put the monay into TGZ and EDV ...  production numbers: TGZ  200000 oz p.a. at AISC of 900-950$ oz -> marketcap if 150 million CAD EDV 600000 oz p.a. at AISC of 875-925$ oz ->marketcap of 500 ...more

Especially since the premium ...more

Why is LSG management so happy with this deal? They did withhold the latest drill results to make the offer look good. The resource update adds approx.. 3 years of production. The Share price would go up significantly after the release. “representing a 14.8% premium to the closing price of Lake Shore Gold on February 5, 2016 and a 28.6% premium” What would the premium be after the resource ...more
