If I understood correctly, The deal was done over the weekend. It appears that they knew of the 144 resource estimate. Interesting to say the least. I told him that my 400,000 would be voting no to the merger.

100,000 share in NO camp here also. price just keeps dropping with gold appreciating. this really sucks. maybe will get low enough that big boy will come with counter offer, get company and fire Tony and chums.
