LSG price should relate very closely to THO price unless another Bid comes in! would love to know the rational behind the $37.8MM penalty to LSG versus $20MM penalty to TAHO.  this does not seem like a 2-sided arrangement like most contracts?  what kind of a dunce would sign this on shareholders' behalf?
