RE: RE: RE: RE: lundin to be privatizedFreeport/ lundin have already spent a billion dollars according to the pres of Freeport. Lundin is in for the long haul, believe it. It doesn't matter what lundin does from here forward, they are a partner with Freeport, and that will stand the test of time. They are a low cost producer already, which will make money under any economic condition that the world economic situation presents. Question, why the personal attacks on Lukas, so he was born with a silver spoon, who cares. It's the company and it future opportunities i'm interested in. Not his station in life. In my opinion, overall, I think he has done a fine job, under the current economic tensions. One other problem, was the financing of the orezone purchase, and the subsequent dilution of stock, and margin leveraging from shareholders and investors. The hedge funds and shorters know and knew they could put a squeeze on the company by shorting and putting pressure on leveraged shareholders. This has occured and is still occuring right now. However with the final push and pressure over the last month I think you will see this start to turn around over the next few months. This goes for any big cap stock, not just Lundin.
