RE:Rule + Cook = FAILIn all fairness to Cook and Rule, this is the most HATED sector in the entire history of All markets and sectors, very difficult market, many have taken what they have left and will NEVER come back. when you think a stock has bottomed, they drop another 20-50 %, I've been a Gold enthusiast since 2002 but I'm at the point of wishing I had never heard of Gold or the resource sector, and I certainly don't tell anyone else about it like I used to.
