I have been thinking about Goldman Sachs  my thought is it ensures the most widespread marketing of the divisions which can't be a bad thing.
I agree with you on the timing being earlier than anticipated ; maybe that's a good thing ( we will see how it plays out) because it may play on a buyer's greed of buying into a peak rather than at a peak).
The one analyst I have seen has your high $700 million estimate as a low on his estimate with a slightly higher margin at the low end .
