US OTC symbol change confirmed Mattr Corp. Completes Voluntary Symbol Change for US Over-the-Counter Listing
TORONTO, Jan. 22, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Mattr Corp. (“Mattr” or the “Company”) (TSX: MATR) announced today that it has changed its ticker symbol on its US over-the-counter (“OTC”) listing to ‘MTTRF’ (formerly SAWLF). The Company’s common shares will continue to trade on the TSX under the ticker symbol ‘MATR’.
This symbol change follows the Company’s legal name change from Shawcor Ltd. to Mattr Corp., which was completed on January 8, 2024, and serves to align its trading symbol with its new name. No action is required to be taken by shareholders with respect to the symbol change, and no change has been made to the Company’s share capital nor the rights of shareholders of the Company.
