As far as your China news, it might be old news that has been disseminated late in China.
I would like to be optimistic and say that maybe it is leaked information from China, however if that were the case then there would be good volume bidding this thing up. Volume has been lack luster and if there was that kind of imminent news than I think insider buying and volume would have increased by now.
