RE: private placementDont like it at this level, to early, now they can sell them at market and make there Christmas money. Maybe not this financing but others completed at this same level. Basically this is a way to Fleece the shareholders. I am not an advocate of these private placements at these levels. Keep checking the insider trading activity and see what I mean.
Soon as the stock gains some momentum persistant sellers creep out of nowhere.
