100% you are correct..........they telegraphed this in the call.
Has absolutely nothing to do with the long term value of the company.

We all agree I think there is significant untapped value in our future, that is absolutely not baked into the price of the stock.. That being said it takes cash to exercise options, so they have to do what they have to do.

As previously stated their intent is to buy back the shares, and make the entire exercise anti-dilutive.....
