New stock options issue

I have no issue with this.  It's a great way to maintain employee loyalty and does not affect cash.  It's also being offset with the stock buyback underway.

Agreed, it's par for the course and without good people the company goes nowhere. I'm sure someone will be offended. 

[Method]

I wish the option strikes were set higher (50 cents?) and that they vested only if the shares went above an even higher price (75 cents?).

I don't think management is concerned at all about it reaching $0.75 in the near future. Keeping the strike price lower will keep their employees a little happier.
