AGM

Hello,

I was under the impression today was first quarter earnings annoucement combined with AGM.  I see no news for MCB today as the meeting would be over by now.  Are you able to let me know if I am mistaken.  Also with regards to the capital reduction motion of 42million.  Is this not a share buyback for 42Million?  This is virtually the market cap of the company which means they buyout the shareholders.  Again any clarfication would be great.  Thanks

You're half right. AGM on the 11th day of May 2023 at the hour of 8:00 a.m. MDT. You may not see any news until tonight or tomorrow when they release results of the voting etc. This is definitely not a share buyback for $42 million. Don't ask me to explain it ( CAUSE I DON'T).
