Might explain today's jump.

MDA (TSE:MDA) was given a new C$13.00 price target on by analysts at Cormark. They now have a "buy" rating on the stock. This represents a 51.9% upside from the current price of C$8.56.

...or maybe some somebodies got suddenly blessed with prophetic powers and imagined today's news of the L3 contract!!! Forget Telesat. By the time they arrange financing there probably won't be any orbital slots left. But if this L3 contract means MDA now has an 'in' there, who cares?
