GRanted the price they paid for Periscope was too high..then today took another look at teh finaincg..and given it was mostly financed with equity that was raised at a price on avg $11 and looking at teh 50% haircut since, figure the overall value prop given current pricing is starting too look better..now if they can just integrate successfully..think the stat i read is 80%+ of integration get messed up
