Finally a bullish Q1 call!

I think the call went well this morning. Sounds like there's some large contracts in the final stages of being won. "Largest province in Canada" ... "some of the largest US states"... 

Luc gave a ballpark range that these types of contracts could be worth several millions. 

Patience! I think shareholders will eventually be rewarded. An 80% recurring revenue business that is EBITDA profitable (and continues to sequentially improve) does not trade at 1.2 x Revenues for long.

Mercell loved MDF, and Thoma Bravo acquired Mercell for >4x revenue.

Back after a hiatus! I repeat my previous thought above, and after another positive quarter, I added to my position. For what it's worth I own about 70,000 shares and I will vote against a $5.80 deal. There are way too many positive indications that the business is improving with dramatic contratcs on the horizon to let it go for $5.80 now. Interesting the Quebec pensions have not agreed yet ...more
