With recent results, is Major Drilling Corp a good way to play the metals sector?
Recent results were strong and we would consider it a good name to own for exposure. Margins grew last quarter and is handling increased costs quite well. We like its fundamentals and balance sheet. We would exert caution on position sizing due to its higher than peer valuation at 18.6x earnings. Momentum is strong on shares and could very well continue in the current environment. (5iResearch)
