You can say troffer is an idiot, but I  dont think he is. Having core holdings and then buying and selling on these constant weekly dips and then runups is probably pretty smart if you can time it right. Meg and BTE are 2 examples that have just been locked in a trading range for weeks now. If I wasnt stuck in BTE at a higher level I would be doing the same thing.
