He's also looking to get a coalition together to fight China economically which is way better for us than every nation for itself. I understand the Cult Of Personality is strong with Trump and a lot of Canadians agree with him on stuff. I would too if I was a Yank but not on Geopolitics, buy most Yanks have never even been outside their country and are far too ignorant to understand the concept.
