The target price is unchanged at $29, as it was as that level in their reports late last year. Likewise the rating (Sector Perform) is also unchanged. So what exactly is new, as your headline says ?

Well... When someone says "new rating", that implies something about the rating has changed. Here neither the target price nor the rating changed. But I take your point, you meant "new" as in today, I get it. there is just so much pumping on these boards that I find it sometimes gets in the way of proper information exchange. agreed MFC looks like ...more
