All that wasted effort

Market cap Jun 5 2017.  35.39 billion. 

market cap feb 7 2023.   36.15 billion

so after 5.5 years of hard work by almost 40,000 employees and and over 100,000 agents the value of the company has increased by 760 million dollars (or 2.1%).  

New board please.

LOL you forgot to mention that a little thing called covid19 took place, a once in 50yr risk event, smack dab in the middle of your lovely little 5yr analysis. Rather than complain about MFC, you had every opportunity to move onto SLF during past 5yrs. While you're at it, maybe you want to discuss the $2.1B share dilution forced on MFC during the credit crisis. Oooooops https://www ...more

Oh good grief. Not you again.  Do you have a shrine to MFC management in your basement?   The one who thought my dividend call on Wall was so bad. Oops. $3 declared and look at the share price.   You should be apologizing.  The five year date corresponds to the tenure of the current CEO for your info   Now you want to talk about the credit crisis that was 15 years ago? ...more
