Seems too large a gap between market and offer with a fairly short closing and management onside.  Thoughts?

You are mainly playing the arb between MFL and PAA as there is only $176 M in cash that will be paid out. PAA has dropped on the news so the MFL offer is worth less.

i have 30 contacts of MFN brought it at 70 cent expire in May. Why the bid is so low $1.75. Ask $2. but no takers. Should I wait until March and exercise it and take the cash of $15.60 instead. it ...more
