Heck, this is WHAT is happening in the markets right now:
A) USA getting through their "thick" heads that you paid wayyyy too much for your home that was NOT really worth that price you paid in the first place! And YES....for all you "pea-brains" and "wishful-thinkers" that will also affect the Canadian housing market! Yuppers....so IF you bought that dream home for $500k and you put down say $10k and are mortgaging the rest, and "magically" happen to lose your job.....guess WHAT?? When YOU "try" to sell YOUR overpriced home, you may VERY well be lucky IF somebody (preferably another DUMMY like you that throws caution into the air) gives you $475k - or more. Market top for say e.g. WPG was in June, CALG around the same time, TOR sameish etc. Kudos to those WHO got out at the TOP and NIET to those who were DUMB enough to jump right back in at HIGHER prices (LOL).
B) The recession, YES, the RECESSION has been here a long time - really since the last 1/4 in 2006. NOT NEWS to FRENCHIENATION members! We "prepared" YOU for this coming! Small & medium retail, electronic and body/auto shops have been closing down for almost a year (a CLASSIC sign when you SEE these things YOU are heading for the worst). In fact, i am LAUGHING so hard seeing NEW condo and housing projects going up that i have commenced urinating a LOT as of late from the laugher! WHO are these pea-brains going to SELL those units to and at those GROSSLY-INFALTED prices? YOU GOT TO BE JOKING. Yet another case in point e.g. there is a fella' "attempting" to sell XXXXXXX LOFTS in what is known as The XXXXX DISTRICT. Guess what? His prices are sooo INFLATED that ONLY pea-brains are buying-into that "sort" of STUPIDITY and all the SMART MONEY is staying away like there was NO tomorrow!
RECESSION here! YOU may lose your job, Cut-The-Crap-on_the-CREDIT CARD SPENDING - for YOUR own sake or at least for YOUR kids sake, or wifes maybe? Gay boyfriends?
C) The DREAMERS, never mind the weak-handed-people, are NOW running SCARED and are DUMPING like there was NO tomorrow! It is a PURE 100% DUMP-O-RAMA out there and that is WHY we have seen Mega Uranium at $3.85 TODAY. Therefore, IF the Pipper says, and OR shows a CHART on his NEWSLETTER STATING.....THE TREND IS YOUR FRIEND and MEGA U is on that chart...GUESS WHAT Mr. Pipper.....MEGA broke through the TREND; thus THE TREND IS NO LONGER YOUR FRIEND! WHO really KNOWS WHERE the bottom may be?????????????????????????????
WHAT i do know is this....and i will share it with you......Mega U is STILL a real-deal company so for those of you that bought recently at $5 or LESS...GUESS WHAT?? YOU did a GREAT buy because it is a company WITH TANGIBLE holdings, and the URANIUM shortage is REAL - not make-belief! The prices WILL surge forward REGARDLESS of WHAT happens! Even the Pipper stated in his letter that there could be another 911 disaster-type event but that WOULD NOT change the FACT that the U308 shortage is REAL and that the PREMIUM, like MEGA U, stocks will rise AGAIN like yeast!
