.11 cents? Am I seeing this right?

.11 cents? Am I seeing this right?
For the record, I do not own any MGA shares, however, I've followed the stock for 2 years + with the intent of purchasing.  To my knowledge I don't ever remember the stock trading as low as the current financing of $0.11 cents in that timeframe?  If I chart it, it appears it has been almost 3 years since MGA has been at those levels.  Am I missing something?

Does anyone have a clue at the rational behind such a low PP price?  This stinks to high heaven IMHO.  At first glance I wouldn't touch this stock with a 10ft pole at anything above .10 cents unless someone can give me a reasonable explanation.

Any insight would be greatly appreciated.  TIA.
