RE: price action The number of shares purchased was relatively trivial. The price went up because of a scarcity of sellers. Some small investor saw a bargain and decided to take a position. Yawn.
The company is in desperate need of money right now and that's a huge weight on the stock price. If that gets resolved then the shares could jump.
