yay for Taseko getting the premits.
But I believe going against the very well funded developers at every step pussified them into going for a pilot plant first and then reapply later. Going for the full permit would have made zero difference IMO. Ya, it was a good sign. I believe Excelsior is in commercial production before this pilot pant gets in gear. Appeals etc. I semi feel sorry for them. But, they knew the official community plan prior to acquiring the prop. So they knew it would be a battle from day one.
