That apart, any fund raising is likely to have warrants attached, maybe half a warrant, but at a premium to the issue price and a fairly long vesting period. That should hardly worry shareholders given the possible upside to the project re prices and recovery. While interest rates are at almost record lows, a mixture of debt and equity is the likely scenario.
