Greenstone owns about 50% of the stock, so right off the bat a takeover is absolutely impossible until the day thay they decide to sell out and there is not the slightest indication that that is in the foreseeable future. As long as Excelsior continues to increase in value as it moves towards production you're more likely to see unicorns dancing on your lawn before you see Greenstone dumping their shares. Someday it will probably happen .... someday...
Now, go outside and check to see if your unicorns are hungry and want something to eat.
