Greenstone counts as an insider because of their huge holding. Any selling directly or indirectly has to be publicly reported with appropriate filings within a certain time frame. Greenstone is not going to sell piecemeal because news of that would really hurt the price and they would suffer more than anyone. If Greenstone sells it will probably be their entire holding in one shot as part of a takeover. That's the only thing that makes sense. Or alternatively they could break up their holding into a few large chunks and sell that to several large investors instantly in a single transaction to get out if they really really needed the money elsewhere for other purposes.
Whoever's selling today in dribs and drabs is not Greenstone.
