The real "risk" is that they can't figure it out in which case your loss is total. Having your capital at risk of total loss is always unacceptable. The FACT is you do NOT know if it can be figured out so you're betting on a binary outcome...red or black, heads or tails. You don't even know exactly what the problems are! And the company won't tell you either. So your "faith" is blind.
